Engine Vibiration coming into passenger comparement hard.

Wsupz ppl,

i changed my motor mount the other day and after that my engine was raised/tilted up like 1/2 inch, it's also vibirating hard and coming into the passenger comparment hard also. I only changed my engine mount and not the transmission(cuase the store gave me the wrong one)could it be the engine mount is new and the transmission mount is old so all the vibiration is going to the transmission and up the passenger comparment?My idle speed is also flicking up and down also..sighz~ please help...( maybe i knocked something loose or something when i was changing the mounts.)
