Engine takes long to start

Okay guys so a couple times this week my 99 pathfinder takes 3-4 sec longer to start, I'm trying to figure out whats the problem. I hear the engine turning fine and sounds just like when my fuel pump went bad, but this time the engine does start it just takes long to start. I've got brand new ngk spark plugs, new distributor, new fuel pump and fuel filter was changed about 3-4 months ago. Intake and maf is checked and fine. No cel
The battery is also fairly new
I've also got this weird humming noise always coming from the rear of the vehicle after i drive for a good while and then park and shut off the engine, the noise would only stop when i open the girl cap and the pressure comes out

Do a compression check. I had that bahavior with a car and it was low compression that would get good enough to start after oil got up in the ring pack

Gas cap* lol, okay thanks for replying i will look into the compression stuff, wouldn't it throw a code for that though?
