Engine swapin a 94 pathfinder

Hey guys, new here and looking for some advice.....

Well I got ahold of a 94 pathfinder XE for free with some minor electrical issues for a previous girlfriend, and after fixing that, she decided to smash the front end and then drive it an extra 30-40 miles with a cracked radiator. Needless to say the heads are now cracked, and with 230,000 miles on it I figured it was time for a new motor. I was just going to do a swap with the same motor, but now that she's gone and it's still in my driveway I figured why not have some fun.

I want to swap the VG30E for a VG30ET. Now from the research I've done the only thing I've seen with an issue would be moving the turbo, but what else would have to be changed? I'm assuming wiring harness and the ECU, but didn't know if there was anything else I needed to be aware of.

Also unfortunately the pathfinder is an automatic.... Now I know anything is possible, but how hard would it be to convert it to a 5-speed?

There's not really a time frame or money limit I have on it, so I'm really up for anything, going to start taking her apart this weekend.

I don't know much about WD21s, nor does any regular here I believe. You may wish to repost this on NPORA, you'll get better information there in my opinion.
