Im planning to replace the engine in my 2007 Pathfinder , 2.5DCI 171ps

I have found a used 2012 190ps engine for sale local, but i wonder if this engine will fit straight in, or do i need to move some parts over from the old to the new engine?

Would you recomend to replace timeingchain before i put the ned engine into the car? it har 160.000km on the clock.
