Engine Swap ?

I currently have a 2017 q50 3.0, it has 46,000 miles but the engine is currently knocking. I had bought this car crashed from the auction and fixed it up, when I got it the from the auction the engine in the car was knocking and I replaced it with another used 3.0 engine but now this engine is knocking. I know the 3.7 is more reliable and was looking into swapping the 3.7 engine into my car. Can someone assist me with q50 motor for sale what I would need to do as in if I would need to reprogram ecu? all the parts needed for the swap and more information that would be helpful?

My compatriot in the shop, who is something of a Q50 maven, tells me the engine itself is a straight bolt-in with changing some of the motor mounts. However, that's the only straightforward thing about the job. The plumbing is completely different and you'll need the 3.7 engine harness and ECM plus a set of 3.7 exhaust manifolds. It will be a lot of work and probably a lot of expense for ancillary parts.
