okay, lets say a friend had bought a 240 95 w/130k miles. and he decided to get a new KA24DE engine and swap it in rite.... and when he was complete with that, would he have to swap in anything else with it? cause everything else would be at 130k miles too?? err im not too sure

WTF are you talking about. If you put a rebuilt a motor with 120K on it, it still has 120K on it with new seals. A new motor with 0 miles has 0 miles on it. The odometer tells the user how many miles the chassis has on it whether or not the motor is new, rebuilt, crate or wtf ever.

I think I finally understand you. If you are talking about just swapping out the accessories the only things that come to mind are changing out the water pump if it has not been done lately, checking the cap and rotor on the distributor, spark plug wires, spark plugs, check the condition of the belts, make sure the power steering is not leaking, and a new clutch may be a good idea everything else should be alright if they were operating fine before. Is this my understanding, new motor putting on old parts?

and if i replaced all of this or jsut made sure it was alright. it would run another 100k miles with the new motor installed?? hahaha could u keep installing new motors on a vehicle and new timing belts and clutches and the car will keep running for hundreds of years?

Keep in mind that I said if it checks good it will be good but remember that all those parts are mechanical and they will wear out some time. So, to answer your question theoretically if they never wore out they could be swapped out forever , but since they are mostly mechanical with some electrical parts, which we all know wear out in time, you should have them checked out and in your case it sounds like you need a professional to help you out, so that is what I would do if I were you. That entails a full diagnostics with continuity checks and wear checks on the mechanical parts. By the way KA's don't have timing belts they have timing chains, I was talking about the accessory belts.

I predict a broken or crashed car within the next six months. Any takers?
