Engine swap question

I found a JDM RB20det Skyline motor for 1,200 not including shipping with a transmission, and I was wonder is it possible to put it in a 1990 240sx hatch and how hard will it be and how much modification is need. Im sorry if this is a question thats been asked before, but im new.
