engine swap question

ok, i own a 90 240sxmy engine is a rebuilt ka24e bout 15-20k if that on iti wanna switch to a 91 ka24de with 0 miles newly rebuilt for about 1k+/-

i was wondering would the same transmission from the 90 ka24e work with the 91ka24de?

i dont wanna have to new a new trannyi'd rather not do a sr swap since everyone has onei wouldn't mind a ca18(but i'd perfer not)

if the transmission works, i can just add the parts ie: lightweight flywheel and a stage 2 clutchi wanna do everything but a turbo
