Engine swap potential

Hey guys, have a question,

I was wondering if it is possible to take the VG30DEtt out of, lets say a 94 300zx, and put it in the body of a 1986 300ZX?

I want to know because it's cheaper to buy the older Gen 300zx body, than it is for the newer Gen 300zx. And if the engines are fairly easily swappable, I'd be interested in attempting the swap.

I'm not sure whay you would want to use the twin turbo motor, it's bigger and uses 2 of everything so all the repairs and upgrades cost twice as much and you can get more power than you can saftely put to the street from the VG30ET, I'd rather put a VG30ET into a Z32, at least my knuckles won't bleed so bad
