engine swap need some answers

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

i have a 89 240sx with the sohc in it i baught the dohc with transmission and looking to do the swap does anybody know if i have to change out the ecu and wiring harness or can i run the stock ones on the new motor
