Engine swap helpp

I recently got a used 02 g20 and it's stock sr20de isn't fun enough I was thinking about swapping to the sr20vet but I'm not sure if there are cons. Help please

Welcome aboard!!

Well the SR20VET is like a unicorn and if you do find one it will too expensive. Some will swap VE heads onto the DET and make their own VET. Others just choose the simple and inexpensive route of a SR20DET.

Are there any cons to the DET and how's the turbo on it. Sorry I'm still kinda new to something other than civics lol

And can you guys give me somewhere I can find the engine for my 02 g20 that's fwd if there is one. I'm looking at tiger jdm and they don't have fwd or any DET for an 02. If not what year would fit and about how much for a rwd conversion parts and labor do you think? Thanks so much for help guys
