Turbo is definitely the best bang for the buck, I'm currently getting ready to set mine up. And to make it even easier, the KA24E exhaust manifol has the same bolt pattern as the Z24 but the KA has round ports and the Z has rounded square ports so you'll need to match port the manifold, but the rest is easy. Also for the carb, it's easier and more reliable to set up a Holley 350 2 barrel for blow thru as well as much more tech info and parts available. I wanted to use my Weber for blow thru but the lack of info on how to set it up made me decide to use the Holley.

I put a 240sx KA24DE motor in my truck. You have to do some fabricating but its pretty easy with a welder and a good saw.

The first thing that needs to go is the 3.50:1 axle gears with the 240sx transmission. I am going to swap to 4.11's as soon as I can find an axle for it.
