Engine swap and Seat swap questions

First question. My '01 QX is coming up on 250,000miles. It's lost some power and is burning oil. I was looking at a rebuilt but I wanted to ask if there was a swap from a newer FX or Pathfinder that would be a better choice.


Second. Has anybody done a front seat swap with a FX, Murano or any other newer vehicle? Again I'm looking for used seats and if I can get them from a newer vehicle that would be better.
