engine stumble...fuel pump, ICV? what do you think?

So for about 2 weeks or so, I've been noticing when I'm at a stoplight for example, and my max is idling (at about 600-700 rpm), it stumbles a lil bit, almost like it's going to stall. The car vibrates a lil bit, but then it's fine. It happens every so often, not like it happens every time it idles, so I don't want to take it to my local dealer and not have it happen when they drive it. Plus, I like troubleshooting and fixing myself, I don't trust dealers as far as I can throw em!

What do you think, fuel pump going bad? Or bad Idle Control Valve?

well that sucksdose it stumble when you take off or as you idle any codes/engine light oni can tell you that mine idles like crap and every once in a while it feels as tho its missfiring and its cause by my egr valve b/c my valve is suck open i think that a vacuum leak can cause simular problems (b/c its pretty much the same problem when you think about it almost anyways) id start checking your vacuum lines and your spark plugs as far as fuel it could be that too but you just gotta test everything out

I would lean towards an IACV or EGR issue. The easiest thing would be to clean the IACV first, and see if that takes care of it. If it was a more constant problem, I would lean towards a vacuum leak.

Nah, it's always idled perfectly, never stumbled. That's why it's got me stumped. I'm gonna check the hoses, and the plugs I had replaced a few years ago and they're 100k mile plugs, so I don't think it's plugs.
