engine start up problems??

I have a ka24e stock engine with intake!!when I start it up it begins to hesitate and lower rpms to the point of shaking like crazy and almost turning off!!

what do you think it is??? it fustrating me

( it believe it all started when a friend washed my engine bay with degreaser and wet everything) I had just finished doing the head/intake/exhaust gasket job on the engine....any help or ideas of what to do!!
