For those that do not have access to a several hundred (sometimes thousand) dollar wide band o2... use your God given sensors. Mainly, smell. If you are running rich enough to bog or stall out, you should be able to smell quite an obvious fuel stink from the exhaust. Also, if you are spitting unburnt fuel out the exhaust when you rev the engine... that might be a clue. On the other hand, there is a company out there that is offering a very affordable wide band setup (200-300 dollars, I think). I cant remember their name though... do some research.
Seriously, you might want to check out your AFM. Also check your system for any air leaks (ie. vacuum leaks, untightened or blown off I/C hoses, etc.). L-Jetro (air flow meter type) cars are very sensitive to any sort of air leaking from the system.
