The dealership stated that the code was P1421 and they have never seen this. The code indicates something to do with Cold Start Function. The system was light was reset. No charge as the 2007 Versa is still covered however nothing was done other than a reset. Any thoughts on this one as it seems to have stumped the mechanic?

Trying to see if anyone else has had this code and what they did to fix it.

It turns out there is a service bulletin for this, with the possible causes listed as:

- Lack of intake air volume (block air filter)
- Fuel injection system (Clogged fuel injector or bad fuel pump)
- Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)

So i just changed the filter 2 weeks ago and did a tune up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
