Engine scan tools- Proscan,Digimoto, Consult..etc etc

Proscan and Digimoto are comercially available scan tools..any opinions on them?. Worth the money?..Do they give you decent usable info?What about Consult...how is that used?.Is that a Nissan tool? Do these scanners check IACV position? Is my 95 KA OBD1 ?? Thanks in advance.

scan tools are VERY expensive, you would probobly be better off going to the dealership and having them check it for you.
