Engine run lean and idling unstable

2006 M45, the car is pinging and idle is very rough. RPM is up and down. Checked and found it runs very lean. Fuel pump replaced and holds 52psi. Cranck sensor, oxigen sensors, all been replaced. Made smoke test and no vaccum leak found.
What else can i do?

Rough idle could be an air issue meaning something like Mass Airflow, etc.

Yep, +1. That sure sounds like a possible bug in the MAF.
