My auto 93 240sx has a blown head gasket. SUCKS. The transmission acts weird, so I'm considering replacing them both(160,000miles). So, can I put in any year kA4DE engine and auto transmission without problem?

same engine? If the plugs are all the same it will be no problem. Take a look at all of your plugs and compare them to an engine at the junk yard.
