I'm looking at buying a 95 Altima SE that has a bad motor knock. A guy on another forum I'm on is selling an engine/ wiring/ecu/etc... for a good price, so I see this as a cheap way for me to have a decent commuter/project car. I've never worked on a u13, or even a KA, so I'd like to know if there's any snags I may run into, or tips or tricks you guys can let me know. Basically just wondering about manifold/disty clearance and transmission stuff. Any info I have prior to pulling the engine, the faster this swap will go.

On a side note, my full plan for this car isn't as simple as exchanging engines. It's an auto, and I really prefer a manual. And really the whole reason I'm looking into all of this is because I've had a turbo kit for a KA sitting in my garage for the past three years. If all goes well, I'll have some pretty pictures to post!
