engine rebuild

its time for me to rebuild my engine since its smoking like a mofo.Just wondering what do you guys have for a setup?think i'll be aiming for about 300-400hp.I know i saw this topic covered before but i can't find it any more.

I'm not really in the business of making people search, as I am far too lazy to search myself. anywho, for 400hp (where youll want to aim for, because you can always not max her out) youll want a gt2876r or t3/t04 or a mitsubishi 20g. probably somewhere in the range of 700cc/min injectors, forged pistons, and all arp fasteners (main, rod, and head). I would go stand alone for tuning because I think its a must of you plan on over 200hp/liter. There are many other things youll need, but they are pretty much a given, and i dont feel like getting into details.
