engine rebuild need some help

ok well im planning on rebuilding my ka24de not goin to turbo. i was wondering if i did the forged pistons with the same compression ratio would it work or would i have to do a turbo bcuz of the pistons i don't think i would have to but i just don't want to f*** anything up. if you have any suggestion it would help greatly

You could run forged pistons, but if you plan to stay stock then you mines well save some money and not go forged.

Exactly.

There's no point in going forged if you're planning to stay stock. Just stick with the OEM parts for your rebuild and it'll be a lot cheaper.

I would stay stock as well. Not much to gain from putting that high quality of a piston in there if your not planning on either putting a turbo on the motor or doing a serious NA rebuild. Plus nissan is known for making pretty quality parts.
