engine reading knock

I was wondering if it could be possible that my engine could be reading my turbo outlet vibrating against the transmission/motor as knock?I had got that ISIS V2 manifold and it had positioned the turbo a little bit outward then stock, therefore the outlet more towards the motor. The bottom outlet flange is up against the motor/transmission.
