Engine Rattle Noise Need help!

Hey got my 240sx has a sr20det in it and ive noticed a sound in the car while driving. More or less around 2500rpms and like 3500rpms i hear a rattling noise when i press on the gas pedal little, just enofe so its like light load to no load on the engine. http://youtube.com/watch?v=8O3...lated . this youtube video is someone else who had the same problem but i wanted to get another oppinion on it.
