Alright I just rebuilt my KA24E out of my 1989 240sx, it runs great with lots of power, but for some reason there is a rattling noise around 2000rpm. I think it is coming from the front of the engine. I don't think its my timing chain because I have brand a new tensioner, 2 new chain rails, 2 new sprockets(cam/crank), and a new chain. Basically everything is new except for the pistons. Now here is the weird thing, it only rattles when the engine is warmed up, when its cold its quiet as a mouse. I have tried almost everything I could think of, and no luck. If maybe someone out there has any idea what this could be, help would be greatly appreiciated. Thanks

Timing is good, It was the first thing I checked, also I use 91 octane. I'm switching to 10W-30 today, instead of 5W-30. I have a feeling it might be something with my lifters, I'll see if the thicker oil helps.
