engine quit while driving in the cold.

so tonight i was driving home from work when the first time ever my car just bogs down and shuts off. i pulled over and cranked it til it started and it ran just fine. then about 20 miles later it did it again. ive driven it under way colder conditions before so i dont think that has to do with it. any suggestions guys?

well man i would do some simple troubleshooting check fuel pressure first. compression, and check spark. it sounds to either be a fuel problem or a intermintint electrical problem. is it the same amount of time from the time it starts till it dies everytime?

no, its really random. i got it fixed. it was a wire in the plug to the fuel pump. it was broken off inside the plug.
