Engine Questions need help

My engine is slowly going. Valve tap is getting worse, losing hp... now i have a TPS problem and an IAC problem... I have another engine from a 1993. Is it worth it to put it in? I also want to know why the hell they dont have solid motor mounts online for a Z32! I've only seen polyurthane mounts from ebay... which i dont trust. I want Solid Aluminum Motor Mounts and Trans Mount. Where can i find them bc ive been searching for literly weeks

I would do a compression test on both your current motor and the one you are planning on swapping in. This will give you an idea of the health of both. It also depends if you can do the swap yourself or you are paying big $ for a shop. Are you sure you want to deal with all that vibration though with a solid mount?

TPS and IAC issues aren't reasons for a motor swap.

Valve tap might be quieted by synthetic oil or could be a sign of low oil pressure. Time to pull the oil pan to clean out any sludge and the pump inlet screen?

Yes i dont mind the rumble of the solid mounts.

I know those arent reasons but it adds to the list of stuff wrong.

The other engine is a 1993 engine that i would be putting in myself.

Thanks for the link. I thought i looked everywhere but i dont know if i trust motor mounts from someone that says they fit "1990-2002" 300zx's ...

I saw a link for a 2000 300zx edition from Japan? Who knows :/ I never thought anything was made past 99

I thought the 1999 was the last model then the 350z came out in 2000 and wasnt sold here until 2003.

Regaurdless I bought the engine mounts. I thought it was one of them for sale so I bought two and now i noticed that its a Pair for sale... Anyone need a set of solid motor mounts?
