Compression ratio: 9:5:1Flywheel weight: 17lbsCrank pulley: 4lbsValve size: 6mmCams: Depending on what year sr20, intake cams changed 3 different times.Forged crank/8 counterweight

That motor can support 400whp, but for daily driving I wouldn't go past 350. If you are building the car for other purposes, I suggest building the block or buying a sr20det.

I suspect that since you sound like you're planning some pretty big stuff, Jim Wolf Technology is going to be your friend. Check out their site (jimwolftechnology.com) and give them a call. Anything internal and/or turbo related they're going to very helpful with. They found an odd flange I needed when I turbo'd my SR and were generally helpful.

thanks...do you know any software solutions??? like stand alone which one is the best for that kind of thing??cause im using the 023efi one(034motorsports.com) on my passat, and not very happy with it. i mean it is simple to use and prety much does its thing, but i wanted a little more comfort fetures in it like a/c and more and be a little more advanced like knock sensors and stuff like that.thanks

If you want good info, check out http://www.sr20forum.com and then g20.net . I'm running a stock JDM DE with over 500whp for about 3 years now, so unless you are going super crazy you will be fine on the motor. At the bottom of the sr20forum.com, under the vendr section, check out CalumSult for your ECU. Im running one on my car, and wouldnt run anything else. Awesome computer for the money, and tons of control. Any other parts you will need will be easy to source from there. Also check out G Spec Performance for any other parts, he will most likely have. Jim Wolf is great, but most things they are super slow, and a lot of times over priced. They make awesome cams, but I switched from a JWT ECU to the CalumSult sometime ago. The JWT was plug -n- play, but ran super rich with no control over anything except the fuel pressure. Good Luck! PS...if you search a little on the sr20forum.com, there is a guy on there with a G20 that made over 600whp...his sn there is SR20TurboFreak

Good Luck again and have fun!
