engine pulsing

ok i have a 90 240sx all stock. I just recently changed my gas tank and two fuel injectors. lately i noticed when driving my car nice and gently (not stonping on the gas) when i shift into second gear and start accelerating usually at around 2000 - 2500 the car seem to get a bump in the speed almost like im pushing the pedal a little harder. it does this occasionally in third in fourth gear but most often in second gear. i dont think its my transmission cuz ive had my car in neutral and rev'd it up to about 2000 then steadily increased to 3000 and you can fell the engine has a subtle pulse. hope i made some sense in this

what i was wondering is could this be because i didnt change my fuel filter when i changed my gas tank?

I was having the same problem, but it just went away for the most part

i never really pinpointed where this was comin from but i changed a bunch of maintanence parts like fuel filter, spark plugs airfilter. it seems to have gone away at least i dont notice it anymore.
