Engine problems?

okay this just started today, I was getting on the highway and my cars RPMs started fluxuating and stuff, it was weird. The car idles higher now too, at 900RPMs but the idle is constant and it doesn't hesitate. To I cleaned MAF, TPS, CAS and it's still happening. I did get a code for code 13 the coolant temp sensor but I've been having that code and this just happened today, maybe that sensor is just on it's last leg?

The engine is relatively new too so I don't guess injectors would be a problem? But who knows..

First, fix the CTS problem, might only be a corroded connector but the engine will not run right if it isn't up to snuff.High idle as you describe sounds like a vacuum leak. Pressurize your intake system to a couple PSI to find it if there isn't an obvious hose off of crack
