Engine problems

I just swap my sohc out and put in a dohc. the engine is fuel cutting really early and black smoke is coming out of my exhaust.this is a clip of my motor http://youtube.com/watch?v=6YZ...motor

any body have any ideas what is wrong

the engine is going to fail safe or otherwise know as the limp home mode because there is a major malfuntion with the electronic fuel injection system.check and make sure the airflow meter is hooked up properly and the tps.
