hey guys im having a serious problem with my car. its a 86 200sx with the CA18ET. the problem is, i cant rev past 4 grand in any gear unless i floor it, but even then it runs really really really rich. if i dont floor it it just missfires and back fires. so far i have replaced the coils, cap and rotor.

i plan on running sea foam through the vac system to see if im having a leak somewhere. but other than that im lost to what could be causing this.

Be wary of your afm, Major vacuum leaks in either your intercooler piping (If you have a FMIC) or around your AFM, or the water temperature sensor.

Unwilling to rev in high rpm could be timing. AFM should cut around 2500rpm
