Engine problem or dead turbo?

Hey guys, my car suddenly won't drive above 3000 rpm and I get this dry metallic kick noise from the engine

the engine seem to idle smoothly, except a little rattling sound (random) as heard in the very beginning of the first video

ps: I should also mention that the throttle feels imprecise, weak, not as responsive as it was..
