Engine oil filter location, 2016 Quest?

Our new to us 2016 Quest is our 4th minivan in 13yrs. They all a bit cramped and awkward under the hood in one way or another, but this Quest? Yikes!

Per the manual, it looks like you access the oil filter through the front right wheel-well by removing a plastic panel. Is this correct?

Thank you. Now that I tried "search" again, it worked well. Some of the sites I've been on for years, not so much!
