I have a stock ka24de and when I try to start it sometimes there seem to be a problem with the engine getting gas I've replaced the filter pump and regulator and still the problem prestists I think it's related to the evap systmem but not sure how to diagnose that?

your injectors can be clogged as well. unlikely all 4 would go at once, but like everything, it is possible. are you sure your pump is pumping as well?

Check under the car along the passenger side frame rail and see if any of the hardlines are kinked thats what could be causing the gas to not go to the fuel line if your fuel pump is working like you say. Also check the rubber fuel line that goes to the bottom of your fuel filter to see if there is gas coming out of that hose if there is then check your fuel rail and your injectors for clogging you should check your fuel pressure regulator as well.
