Engine noise got louder in G37

Is this normal? I just got the car about a week ago. The engine has gotten louder when I accelerate.

it's louder when the engine is cold. The insulation in the car is pretty good so is there a chance that this was the first time you got on it with the windows down?

When I was moving I used the car for a few small things and put the back seat down. Exhaust note is much more noticeable. That was about the only nice thing about moving!

I haven't had the windows down. I just got them tinted, so I have to keep them up for awhile. It did get colder today. It has been hot the past few days. Thanks for the info!
