Engine Mount Q's for 03 6 speed

Car is an 03 max 6 speed. Searched around and didn't find to much information about them. My mounts are shot but I'm not sure which ones usually need to be replaced. I know that I can get inserts or use window weld but haven't really heard anything about increased vibrations ect. I have quite a bit of wheel hop at the moment and it's quite annoying. I'm going to be doing my clutch in a few weeks and figured that's as good a time as any to take care of this.
