I've used a pair of these. Cab mounts/bushings (?) for an East German medium truck.

They cost about $3 a piece. Works quite well for me, and for a lot of people in the amateur circles of motorsports in these parts...

The engine doesn't shake on idle, on rpm's, it barely shakes while cranking, and when I grab onto the engine, I move the chassis with it. Maybe I'll have problems later, with more torque and traction.
Only problem was, they are a bit low in overall height, we had to put in 10mm thick aluminum spacers to raise it to the seemingly stock height.
BUT I have the same for left and right, and my engine doesn't seem to be leaning the wrong way... it leans slightly left, and the top of the intake manifold seems level. Or does it?

The shifter is also quite nicely in the middle of the hole, to my eye, and the trans mount didn't seem to be twisting, either. No pics about that, though.
