Ok, today I got my plugs, went with NGK G-Platinums, The huge miss is gone, but still have a slight miss now...

On startup its intermittent, on ilde, rev it up its smooth very smooth..

Now driving, thats different, put it in gear, miss is steady, give it some gas it kinda sounds like its going to cut out but doesnt.. Once in gear and driving, from 1st to 2nd sputters, untill it kicks into 3rd.. It will also have one hell of a power surge, than miss is gone, untill it down shifts...

If I get in on it very smooth and quick..

Any ideas?

My next idea is to fill it up with Shell Vpower, and eith put Lucas or Seafoam in the tank..

Have you checked out the injectors at all? You can do a power balance test by pulling each coil pack connector while idling, or ohm test them with a multimeter. You could also try cleaning your MAF with MAF cleaner or electrical contact cleaner, a dirty one will cause weird issues like this.
