engine misfiring now with haltech platinum

Hey guys heres some background with whats going wrong. im kinda stumped at the moment.

i had my rb25 with gt35r 740cc detschwerk injectors making 385whp before on nistune on 14 psi. it ran pretty decent but i had someone who wanted to buy it from me and i was able to finally afford a haltech plug and play pro.

i got it set up with the map sensor, also sent out my injectors to be re flow tested and cleaned, everything checked out fine and they have been re-installed. the car runs pretty good out of boost and light throttle, but im having the issue of full throttle the engine breaking up at 14 psi around 4000 rpm and higher, its not that harsh because the engine will pull through it and it pulls decently hard but it isn;t smooth at all. i am still pretty new to the haltech so i don't know if im missing something but i have made sure that the over boost cut is set at like 21 psi, im pretty positive that now a boost leak couldn't do much besides just make it run a little rich since i am running map sensor. im just trying to build my basemap but the engine isn't co-operating very well. if anyone has any ideas im all ears. i can't see it being a mechanical issue because everything worked fine before, but to be sure heres a list of the things i have done recently...

had injectors re-flowed, they have been broughtten down to a 1.2% difference in flow across all 6.
new nissan quest alternator 110 amp
plugs are ngk bcpr7es gapped to .025

Are you running a Wideband AFR? Why not just save yourself the trouble and take it to a tuner?

are you tuning your base map with all your correction maps off?

Have you verified timing lock, dwell settings?
