Is there any way to detect which spark plug or ignition coil is failing? I replaced all the coils on my original engine and when I replaced it(long story) I forgot to steal them for the new engine  . I'd rather not replace all of the coils because they are serious $$$. Thanks!

Do you have a code reader? It will tell you which cylinder is having a misfire. If not you can try the other method which is to disconnect each plug wire in sequence while the engine is running. If you disconnect a "good" cylinder (good coil) from spark the running condition will worsen. Use insulated plug wire pliers!

I do have a scanner and it only gives me a 1320 misfire code. I've had misfires before and have never received a code thats states which cylinder has the issue. Are there codes for that? Thanks!

Maybe buy one new coil pack and move it around until you find the culprit?

yes, you should have codes from p0300 to p0306. p0300 being multiple cylinders misfire, then p0301 being cylinder 1 and so on...
