Hey NICO team :D

Here we go again with a new question

Now im running stock sr20det, but i have a 3" Japspeed frontpipe,3" decat, 3" HKS Super Drager exhaust system, and will soon order a Greedy VSPL FMIC...

And to get the right fuel,air......

I will go buy a Apexi power FC ( correct me if the apexi is ****ty :D )Is the apexi hard to map for a newbie, or are there some save programs - so that the engine not get to thin mixture of fuel - but instead get ample gas.....

and what do i need for the "operation"

Apexi Power FC for a s14 or from some other vehicle but getting the right harnes...http://www.rhdjapan.com/jdm-lo...53206#

A PLX wideband sensor modulPLX display modul

And FC datalogit

is there more that i should get for the tune?

Hope that all off you Nissan dudes can understand my explanations

if i had a sr20 id get a power fc, your on the right track, it takes full control of ignition and fuel map. better then the other piggy backs out there.

to tune the power fc you should get the wide band, i use aem, i had good dealing with it. plx also makes great proudcts. also look into a 3bar map sensor, makes tuning easier..

as for tuning it your self, i personaly never used a power fc but ive looked into how it works..my advice is dont tune it your self, if you have to ask advice for tuning your motor then you probably want to learn how everything works before attempting it, i say get it prof. tuned your yeild the most power and safty that way, after you learn then mess with it your self.

good luck

Oki thx a lot...

Can see that many are goinbg for the power fc and when not - then the AEM, but that s#%t is more expensiv...

Then should a power fc and a wideband be enough - all tuners do have a datalogger - so i dont need to buy that piece

Thx... Is FRSports a good place to buy - can se that the have Apexi engine managments :D

Quick question - iff i bought a S14A/S15 Apexi power FC with D-jetro :

http://www.apexperformance.co....2a563

and then bought that wirering kit to do a 14a on a s14 will that work?!?

Or is it better to buy the hole **** by the same dealer - then i could buy that:http://www.rhdjapan.com/jdm-lo...53206

and how to they do it when the run the car in on dyno when the engine managment not have maps for a s14....

btw is there4 some files from some sites that i can take with me to the guy who should run the car ind so that he have some basics setups...

or is it better to go for a Power fc from an S14/S14a/s15?
