Engine light stays on

I bought my 240 3 months ago. When i bought it the previous owner told me the check engine light stays on because of something disconnected with the A/C and i didnt really pay attention to it. But i just noticed the other day the light goes on and off. car has 190,XXX Miles on it and runs very good "Checked all fluids" any one have any suggestions?

ehh....my light stays on too b/c I dont want to fix whatever is wrong with it so I just ignore it, I find this works really well! lol

Your engine light being on means that you have a trouble code on ur ecu. find out the code and you find your problem

Could be an 02 sensor or a loose gas cap.
