Engine Light P1445 Purge Volume Control

One day and its been awhile Check Engine Light came on.And its been on but maybe few times it came off and it seems like when I accelerate hard it came on.Now some mechanic did dignostic and told me its P1445 Purge Volume Control Valve, and Can someone tell me what this is? and how to fix it please.

and Right passenger panel ECU how do u take it out?
