engine light and wierd srs problem '95 240sx

I've had my 240sx for over a year now and the engine and srs lights have always been on. I've cleared them a couple times but they come back. For starters, the engine light has codes p0130 (just an o2 sensor) but a wierd code which is p0705 that has to do with transmission range switch. A trans range switch is for an automatic transmission... I believe my car has always been a stick but I don't know for sure. Ok now the SRS light, I never noticed it because I just put tape over the flashing light but it seems to be flashing a code, and it doesn't stop whether the car is on or running. Light comes on for about 2 seconds then goes off, then will quickly come on and off twice and repeats infinitely. I'm guessing this is code 12 if the system is anything like a hondas.

If anyone can help me with the range problem and srs that would be awesome, o2 sensor I think I can figure out
