Engine Knocks at Idle when Hot

After the engine warms up, it has a slight knock when it is idling. Sometimes you can feel it shaking the car just a little, too. It doesn't happen all the time.

Only has about 8,000 miles on it. 1.8 hatch back Versa 2009.

I changed the oil and filter at 3,600 and 7,500 miles.

Cars runs OK otherwise.

probably a non issue as these are noisy motors, keep tabs on it, maybe document it with your dealer, keep doing your oil changes on a regular basis, if there are any issues, your motor is under warranty for another 52k miles, plenty of time for a real problem to show its ugly head, but I wouldn't worry, it's probably just normal
