engine is off the car now. what next?

I have the KA de off my car now..

while it's sitting on the floor. what I should do to my car and the engine please?

current plan is:

steering rack bushing ( the solid one go between the section)

nismo engine mounts

...... more but dont know yet.

Im thinking some touch up to the engine, but not to rebuild. any suggestions?

well. I was swapping out a blown engine. so, I am having a running engine and a blown engine sitting on the floor.

so, anything i could do to the running engine before i install it?

clean the crap out of it and make it pretty, then take pics

Front, rear, and oil pan seals. Pull the timing chain guides if they are still there. Clean the IACV on the back of the engine. It's so much easier to do that stuff while the engine is out of the bay. Maybe even a clutch if you think it may need it.

Also remove the EGr now.Probably go ahead and replace all your vaccum lines.Cheap and it's just insurance and saves you time.

could i spray water at the egnine along with engine cleaning products?

clean it rebuild it and try to turbo the blown motor build it up.
