Engine Installers In Maryland?

I have a 1990 300ZX NA that needs a new engine. Someone from another Z website came highly recommended to locate and sell me a reliable engine and install it, but I'm now having difficulty in getting in touch with him, to arrange to drop off my car. So I may need a plan B. Is anyone aware of someone around the Baltimore / DC area that has alot of experience with Z's - who can sell me a reliable used engine and install it for me?

Joe Nadolny is in Barclay MD, you can get in touch with him through the Facebook Z parts groups. I'm not sure if he does installing but he has like 20 some Z's that he parts out. He probably has a running engine too. I'm kind of far away in South NJ or I'd help you out on installing it.
