hi everyone, just had a quick question about putting the ka back in. is it possible, or easier to put the engine back in with the transmision already connected, or do you have to drop the engine in and then bolt the transmission in from undernieth the car. and if both ways are possible, which is easier. thanks for the help

much EASIER with the transmission connected to the engine. It's a pain in the butt and in the arms to get to the bolts on the upper side of the transmission once the engine is in. It just takes a bit of balancing on the cherry picker but isnt that bad compared to losening the engine mount, rotating the transmission on the sensor side, having someone push on the front of the engine after you've got the transmission near the right spot, rotate the transmission back to the upright position and then to put it back together with all the space restrictions. Perhaps there is something wrong with the way I had to do it, but that is the way I HAD to do it as the lil turd just didnt want to fit.
